2A. Virtual Try-On Photos

If you choose to use our Virtual Try-On feature, you voluntarily upload a photograph of yourself. We handle this photograph as follows:

  • Purpose: Your photograph is used solely to generate a visual preview of how a product may look on you. It is not used for any other purpose.
  • Content screening: Before processing, your photograph is automatically scanned by an AI content moderation system to detect inappropriate or illegal imagery. The scan result is not stored.
  • AI processing: Your photograph is transmitted securely to Replicate, Inc. (an AI service provider based in the United States) to generate the try-on preview image. Replicate processes the image solely on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for any other purpose. See Replicate's Privacy Policy.
  • Deletion: Your uploaded photograph and the generated try-on image are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours. No copies are retained after this period.
  • No profiling: Your photograph is never used for facial recognition, identity verification, advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than generating the try-on preview.
  • No third-party sharing: We do not share your photograph with any party other than Replicate as described above.

Use of the Virtual Try-On feature is entirely voluntary. You may close the feature at any time without uploading a photo.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter your payment details, they are sent directly to Stripe's servers over an encrypted connection. We never receive, see, or store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data.

4. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to:

  • Keep your shopping cart active during your visit
  • Protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF security)
  • Remember your session while you browse

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only with the following third parties, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Shipping carriers — name and address for delivery
  • Replicate, Inc. — AI processing of selfie photos uploaded via the Virtual Try-On feature (see Section 2A). Photos are deleted within 24 hours and never used beyond generating your preview.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or social media platforms.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information:

  • All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers
  • Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only

7. Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfil your order, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
