  • Each handcrafted item is unique. Minor variations in colour, texture, and pattern are a natural characteristic of artisan work and are not considered defects.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information.
  • Prices include the cost of the product only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Shipping

  • We ship to the countries listed on our checkout page.
  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, as many items are made or finished to order.
  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or materially different from what was described.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Soaps, cosmetics, and perfumes cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

All content on this Website — including product photographs, descriptions, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Farida Insaf and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Website without our written permission.

7A. Virtual Try-On Feature

If you use our Virtual Try-On feature, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • Your own likeness only: You must upload only photographs of yourself. You must not upload photographs of any other person without their explicit consent.
  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this feature. You must not upload images of individuals under the age of 18.
  • Prohibited content: You must not upload images that are sexually explicit, obscene, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or that violate any applicable law. This includes but is not limited to nudity, graphic violence, hate imagery, and content that infringes the rights of any third party.
  • Automated moderation: All uploaded images are automatically screened by an AI content moderation system. Images that violate these terms will be blocked. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension of your access to this feature.
  • AI-generated previews: Try-on results are computer-generated visual approximations. They are provided as a general guide only and do not guarantee how a product will appear in person. Results may vary depending on photo angle, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of our products.
  • No liability for results: We accept no liability for dissatisfaction with try-on preview results. The feature is provided as a convenience tool and does not constitute a warranty of product appearance.

We reserve the right to disable the Virtual Try-On feature at any time, without notice.
